We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected with the Government of Malaysia, the Malaysian Immigration Department, or any other government authority, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Our Service

myTravelEntry provides optional paid assistance for travelers who want help completing travel-document applications online. Our services may include:

• Application guidance

• Application processing support
• Expedited review or assistance services, where available

Our service fee is a fee for private assistance and processing support. It is not a government fee, immigration fee, visa fee, or other fee charged by a government authority.

Official Government Services

Where an official government application channel is available, travelers may choose to submit their application directly through the applicable government website or authority without using our assistance service.

For Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), travelers should verify the latest entry requirements and official application information through the relevant Malaysian government authorities before traveling.

myTravelEntry does not replace the official government application process or the authority responsible for determining entry requirements.

No Government Affiliation

To avoid any misunderstanding:

Any decision concerning a traveler's application, immigration status, entry authorization, or eligibility is made solely by the relevant government authority.

myTravelEntry cannot guarantee a particular government decision or outcome.

Service Fees

myTravelEntry charges a private service fee for assistance, application review, customer support, and processing-related services. These fees are not government fees.

The amount charged by myTravelEntry may therefore be different from any fee, if applicable, charged directly by a government authority.

Before completing payment, customers should review the applicable service price, terms, refund conditions, and scope of service.

No Guarantee of Government Approval

Although we may assist customers in preparing and reviewing their information, we cannot guarantee:

• Permission to enter a country
• A particular processing time

• Acceptance of information submitted by a customer
• Admission at a border or airport
